We provide adult day services for functionally impaired adults requiring assistance to safely remain independent in the community. Participants attend on a scheduled basis and we provide them with an individualized and coordinated set of services that includes health services, social services, and nutritional services that are directed at maintaining or improving their capabilities for self-care.
Our gymnasium is equiped with various instruments for participant’s whose physicians have authorized their participation.
Our lounge and common areas promote social activities that provide opportunities for social interaction and friendship formation, such as games designed to create interaction between our participants, group activities, and neighborhood walks.
Educational activities that provide opportunities to learn new ideas and skills, to rekindle old skills, and to continue personal growth even among our most frail or impaired participants.
Meals and snacks are included in our fees. Our meals and snacks are catered and we provide breakfast and lunch, as well as; midmorning and mid-afternoon snacks for our participants. Our meals and snacks comply with USDA requirements.
If a participant needs transportation to and from the Center, we help them/their caregiver(s) locate suitable transportation source(s) and assist them with transportation arrangements as necessary.
Onsite nurses areavialible to members for any medical, safety, and wellness services.
Therapeutic activities, such as arts & crafts projects, memory games, and musical entertainment; designed to provide choices for each participant based on their needs and interests.
